Our Business Policy
We provide services with no fees to the client. Unlike other sourcing companies who charge up front consultancy fees, we are compensated through a small commission from factory. This way, it is our incentive to find the right product for our clients. The purchase order is made directly between the buyer and the supplier. Therefore, our system is transparent to all parties.
As we spend the time and money to provide services without compensation until the product is delivered, we request that clients work with us with good intentions to move forward with us if we deliver to client expectations.

Minimum orders
Case by case. Typically, $3000 minimum order required for handicrafts and homewares. For fragile items, we recommend a minimum order to fit a 20 ft. container. For clothing, we recommend 5000 pieces/color, however, there are factories that can accommodate smaller orders.
Payment Terms
Dependent on factory, but most factories (except for handicrafts) will require new clients to obtain a letter of credit from their bank. For repeat clients, different payment options are available, i.e. down payment, T/T, CAD, D/P (document against payment).
Production Time Frames
Case by case, but In general, allow 4-6 weeks production time for most items. For wooden furniture and clothing/shoes, we stipulate a minimum of 12 weeks (includes time for collection, quality control processes, packing, and loading of the goods).
Quality Control
We will follow your specifications to inspect quality during production and before loading and have a zero tolerance for faulty products. We will reject goods that do not meet your specifications and advise you accordingly.
Intellectual Property
We maintain total confidentiality on information you share with us and pledge not to share non-public data with any third parties other than for the purpose of providing the service requested. We are happy to sign any confidentiality agreement.
Compensation
We do not charge fees for our services. We are compensated through a small commission from the manufacturer on purchase orders we facilitate. We spend time, money, and effort to sourcing and connecting you with the manufacturer. We require that you do not contact and purchase directly from them.
Samples
Sample and shipping costs are paid by you, unless manufacturer agrees to absorb the cost.
Exclusive contracts
Should you request us to work exclusively for you for a period of time on development or sourcing, a fixed fee may be discussed.
